TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL AGREEMENT: This Vacation Rental is a non-smoking accommodation.
This house is in Windsor Palms a gated community. Pets are not allowed.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $400.00 is required to secure your reservation.
Also, a security/damage deposit of $400.00 is required within
5 days of
placing your reservation. You can choose to purchase a $75.00
accidental damage wavier (ADW) in lieu of the $400.00 security/damage
deposit. (Ask for more details) Once deposits are received we will send
you a confirmation of your reservation.
CANCELLATONS: Notification of cancellation must be received at least
60
days prior to your arrival, All cancellations are subject to
a $400.00
cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 30 days results
in forfeiture of full deposit. This is due to the fact that our
Management Company will also loose the booking for that week. Guests
are
responsible for the entire period booked. No rental refunds are given
for early departure or late cancellation.
PAYMENTS: The balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival date
(plus tax). All rent is paid by Credit card, Cash, Travelers
checks and
Cashier checks.
KEYS AND DIRECTIONS: Arrangements to pick up key, written directions
to
the house and a map will be provided to you by our Property Management
Co. Located 1 mile from the house.
TELEPHONE: The telephone in the house makes local calls, long
distance calls and international calls free of charge to our
guest.
BASIS OF RENTAL: Your vacation rental is "Self Catering".
The local managing agent will provide a starter pack of toiletries,
including complimentary soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
for your use. Once these items are used, it is the Guest 's
responsibility to replenish them.
2008 RENTAL RATES: This vacation rental is available for daily/weekly
rental. All rates and deposit amounts are in US dollars. Prices are
subject to change.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. ------- CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 A. M.
